Payment Terms

If artwork is requested and a product is not put into production, art will be billed at $40 an hour. Ship N Print requires 50% down on all orders for us to begin production, unless another arrangement has been made. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks. Customers of Ship N Print can make payments via Credit/Debit Card in Store or via Phone, Check, or Cash.

Quotations/Estimates

Prices are subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep our prices competitive and consistent, but we may at times have to adjust our prices. Quotations are based on the accuracy of specifications provided to us by the customer. If we discover after accepting a digital file that corrections or modifications are needed, artwork is charged at $30 an hour. We make every effort to quote a job accurately, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances or costs, prices can vary.

Ship N Print reserves the right to refuse printing of subject matter that we deem inappropriate.

Refund/Return Policy

If an order is cancelled after a job is placed in production, you are still responsible for payment in full. If you pay for shipping supplies that are no longer needed, you may bring the UNUSED items in for a refund. If a proof was approved or waived and you are unsatisfied with a job, no refund will be given.

Proof Policy

All typeset work should be proofread for typographic, grammatical, and aesthetic errors. Once a proof

is approved, or if the right to a proof is waived, Ship N Print DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY for errors or

mistakes nor will the job be reprinted at no cost. Any reprints will be at the customer’s expense. Proofs are submitted to customer via email and any changes must be requested before a job is placed into production. A fee will incur if changes are requested after a job is in production. Turn Around time is dependent on the approved proof. 


Indemnification

The customer represents that they have the legal right to produce or reproduce all printed items based upon illegal and or wrongful acts by the customer or that the product produced or printed at the request of the customer infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person or contains matter that is slanderous, libelous, defamatory or obscene. The customer shall indemnify and hold Ship N Print harmless from and against any loss, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to the claim including without limitation: (1) defending Ship N Print against any claim (2) paying any judgment or award against the customer, and (3) reimbursing Ship N Print for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.

Right to Subcontract

Ship N Print reserves the right to subcontract or assign any portion of a job to another company.

Workmanship

Ship N Print will make every effort to provide the highest quality that their equipment is capable of producing. Because of variations that can occur during production, we are not held responsible for those issues which fall within the normal range of acceptable variations, according to trade practices. These variations may include but are not limited to: color, offset smudges, picking, cutting, size discrepancies etc.

Privacy Statement

Ship N Print will not share or sell any information that has been gathered during order processing with anyone. We use our customer information in house, for the sole purpose of order fulfillment.

Electronic Manuscripts

Images: Customers are responsible for keeping originals of hard copies and digital files of artwork, transparencies and instructions of all requested work. We will do our best to keep media files for every job but Ship N Print is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by customer or for errors on supplied artwork files, hard copies etc. The customer is responsible for proofing copy/files prior to submitting for reproduction. Ship N Print makes no claims or promises about their ability to complete a job until they have had time to review. Ship N Print assumes no liability for problems that may arise because of content or condition of information given by customer. Unless otherwise requested, customers work request will be fulfilled as submitted.


Exact Color Matching

Color will vary between final product and computer proof colors. Ship N Print will produce work as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods. We do not guarantee an exact color match to art submitted. Credit or refund will not be given for non-matching colors. Different production methods and items will produce slight variations. Ship N  Print will produce and match colors to the best of their ability.

Fees

Depending on the product specifications, additional fees may apply. Artwork $30 an hour, Cut fee: $1 per cut, Lamination Fee: $5 per running foot. The fees listed are not a complete list. Fees are determined & based by a customer's specifications, difficulty of work, etc. If Ship N Print discovers a customer's project will require additional fees, we will notify the customer prior to production.

General Information

Preferred file type is Adobe PDF. Acceptable applications (not limited to) are the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Excel). Files submitted in other formats cannot be guaranteed.


All services provided by Ship N Print are subject to these terms and conditions. By requesting Ship N Print to perform services and produce products for you, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions without modification. Customers are responsible for reviewing our terms and conditions prior to submitting request for work. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Ship N Print and its employees harmless.
